I've been writing software for thirty years: backend Java early on, customer-facing backends for the second half. Day job: engineer working on hard problems. Jucius Labs is what nights and weekends produce, currently sitting at the seam of AI and full stack development. The commercial apps started as my own pain points; the smaller projects started as questions I just wanted to answer.

Software for problems I have
The best problems to solve are the ones you've already lived with as a user. Scouted came from watching my kid's college recruiting. Cesium Events came from missing meetings. Cozi MCP came from my family's calendar.
Do less, on purpose
Most products are made worse by features no one asked for. The hard part of design is deciding what not to ship. Cesium Events is what that looks like when I commit fully.
